    Dashboard says this need update. It then gives a set of text to insert into the appropriate page.
    Do not know where that appropriate page is. Can you enlighten me please.

    Hi Derek, that’s all sorted now. Rather than inserting the text, the best way is to proceed via the top listed method: this involved downloading backups of a couple of crucial files, then allowing the programme to update itself, which is now done – sorted!
