Space around Header Text and Sidebar Widgets iC4.0

    I was wondering if it is possible to adjust (reduce) the blank space (white space/padding) around the Header Logo/Text by about one third and also to adjust the similar blank space between Widgets in the Right Sidebar. I am not sure what space is going to be best yet and I guess it is a CSS issue somewhere, but wondered if there is a statement that can be amended (or added) to influence this?
