Backups

    On the desktop I am advised to backup my database before downloading an upgrade. I’ve run off pages of instructions of how to do that but I can’t see how to get started. It seems to suggest I work through phpMyAdmin and start from the ‘Websites & Domains’ screen. I can’t even find THAT. What do I do, presumably starting from my desktop?

    Hi Martin,

    VTS (our hosting company) make daily backups of all the websites. So you have no need to directly do this yourself. So you can proceed with whatever updates it is you’re doing.
